Job Description:
- Comply with Estimating Best Practice processes
- Responsible for receipt of accurate records of tender and contract documents (assisted by document controller)
- Prepare detailed bills of quantities to allow tenderers to price works accurately
- Compile tender comparisons to ensure only complete subcontract / Material bids are considered

MAIN DUTIES:

A field-based role, working from home.

Remedial Works

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Site Installation Team Leader to work hands on with our fantastic site teams, based from our Dartford offices. We are a steel and pipework fabrication and installation company based in north Kent. We work predominately on client run sites within the Clean and Waste Water Industries throughout South East England.
You must be competent, safety aware and be able to use your own initiative at all times plus work well within a group. The job scope includes; leading a small team on Client sites, installing Pipework, General Steelwork and Access Platforms, as well as various mechanical packages for the industries, including routine maintenance work as required.
- CSCS / CPCS registration is required along with SSSTS (or equivalent), first aid at work and a clean full driving licence.
- A Confined space qualification, Telehandler and PASMA training would be a great advantage, although training can be provided to the right candidate.
- Working hours: 40 hours a week, plus regular overtime including occasional weekend work
- Due to the nature and location of work the successful applicant may be required to stay away overnight.
- Pay depending on knowledge and experience, starting at £17.50 per hour

Role Summary:
The Site Engineer will assist in the management of the construction site in order to achieve the required project delivery to the customers’ objectives, while maintaining the highest standards of health & safety, quality, environmental impact and cost control.

Job Description:
Electrical Project Manager, Oversee a project based in Rotherham on a project up to 18 - 20 weeks with the opportunity of joning the team permanently for future electrical projects.
This project will be on a food Factory, the first initail stage will be striping out exsisting electrical work will take up to 4 weeks. The candidate must have knowledge in all electrical experience working on commercial and industrial sites, able to liaise with client on progress, report back to office with progress.

Our client is looking for a full time permanent mobile Electrician. Mainly electrical maintenance work but with some installation work with testing and inspection work.
Installing and replacing lighting and emergency lights as well, doing refurb in large commercial building and large offices. Installing new power supplies.

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain heating systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Perform routine maintenance on heating systems to ensure their efficiency and longevity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot heating system issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and meet deadlines.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while working on heating systems.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Heating Engineer.
- Proficient in heavy lifting and using hand tools.
- Ability to weld and perform basic math calculations.
- Valid driver's license for commercial driving purposes.
- Familiarity with power tools and their safe usage.
- Strong mechanical knowledge, including carpentry and plumbing skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
What we are looking for:
- Plumbing Experience / Qualifications (2 Years)
- Gas Qualifications are preferable - but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- A great attitude towards your work, the team and our customers.
