Job Description:

My client has over 50 years of experience undertaking heating installations and is looking for a qualified electrician to complete gas, oil and air source heat pump systems in both domestic and commercial properties.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years post qualified experience as an approved electrician along with good organisation and communication skills.

Objectives of this Role:

• Wiring of gas and oil heating systems 
• Wiring and commissioning of smart heating controls
• Wiring of Air Source Heat Pumps
• Wiring of underfloor heating systems and controls
• Installation electrical storage heaters
• Fault finding and electrical maintenance
• Inspections, testing and certification
• Knowledge / Experience of Solar PV & Batteries would be useful
• Ideal candidate would take on role of Qualifying Supervisor in medium term

Professional qualifications:

• City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations
• 18th edition Wiring Regulations & 2391 Inspection & Testing

• Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday 

Experience:

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical, 18th Edition Regs & 2391 I&T (required)
• 5 years (required)

Qualification / Cards:

• ECS card, 2391 test & inspection SSSTS is a plus
