Job Description:

Are you well-presented, articulate, and thrive in client and partner interactions? Do you have a keen eye for design and a solid grasp of the latest UK regulations? Look no further – we’re seeking a talented Design Coordinator to join our dynamic team!

Key Requirements:

• Well-presented and articulate with excellent communication skills
• Ability to effectively liaise with clients and partners
• Good technical understanding of the latest UK regulations
• 0-4 years of experience in design coordination
• Proficient in document controlling software such as Procore, Asite, 4 Projects, etc.
• Proven track record of successfully starting and finishing projects, including handover experience
