We are looking for an Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established company.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a well-established company helping to deliver Planned Preventative maintenance, Servicing and Installation projects, working in various sectors including Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Defence and Research, servicing clients’ requirements throughout the Eastern Region and neighbouring counties.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Air Conditioning Manager. They will liaise directly with our clients and must ensure they always represent the business in a proud and professional manner.
The successful candidate will ideally have at least 3 years’ experience after completing the apprenticeship, including modifying, fault finding, and installing different types of Air Conditioning systems in both commercial and industrial environments.
Contracted work hours are Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 15:30 hrs, with occasional weekend working and overtime as required by the company. There may also be a requirement to work away on occasion.
Terms and Conditions, including Wage Rates and annual leave, will align with the BESA National Agreement.
A fully expensed Company Vehicle will also be provided for work use. You must be able to work individually, as part of a team, and without supervision on occasions, using your own initiative and demonstrating a good knowledge and understanding of the H&S requirements. Paperwork must be produced correctly and on time.

HVAC Project Manager – London / Surrey
We are looking for an HVAC Project Manager in Surrey and surrounding areas to come on board to cover most of the construction sites.
We are looking for someone with experience in the HVAC sector who can deliver our projects from conception to handover and completion. You will need to be willing to travel to the sites in a management role (not site-based) and have a full UK driving licence.
You must have experience in AC, plumbing, electrical, BMS and Ventilation.
You must also have extensive knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems.
- Proven experience in managing construction projects from inception to completion
- Strong understanding of M&E systems and their integration within construction projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget
- Building services formal training (ONC/HNC/similar formal training)
- HVAC design knowledge
- H&S management experience
- Project management experience

CNC Miller Turner/Precision Machinist
Our client is seeking a Precision Machinist with CNC Milling and Turning Requirements. They have various opportunities for the right candidate for CNC machinists.
Pay is £16.66 per hour, Depending on skills and experience. This is a permanent position.
Standard opening hours for work are: We operate a flexible 4-5 day working 38-hour week, plus additional overtime
- Monday 6.30 am – 6.00 pm
- Tuesday 6.30 am – 6.00 pm
- Wednesday 6.30 am- 6.00 pm
- Thursday 6.30 am – 6.00 pm
- Friday 6.30 am – 1.00 pm
Any hours over 38 standard hours will be paid as overtime
