Job Description:

This experienced contractor is looking to bring a Senior Quantity Surveyor on board to help work across all their major projects.

For over 20 years, their team have decades of experience working in all their specialised sectors.

Their services provide a range of various project sizes from small to large. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to work and have career progression through their different sectors.

The company mainly specialise in Residential, Commercial, Historical Refurbishments and Education on projects up to £15m.

They currently work on a variety of projects and continuously provide the best services when it comes to finishing projects on time and to the highest standard possible. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get vital experience working on-site, with the right people to help you progress in your career

Qualification / Cards:

• You should have previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Ideally previous experience on carpentry & Joinery projects.
• Preferably specialist sub- contracting background
