Job Description:

This established contractor is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor in around Croydon to work within the cost planning area and help run the large projects. This client has been recognised as a key player in delivering highly successful work throughout. Having over 20 years of success in delivery and business experience in their sector they have overcome most challenges.

This contractor has had success driven by their high calibre teams that are able to work smart and efficiently.

Qualification / Cards:

• Experience in cost planning riba 4
• At least 10 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying
• Relevant degree

Additional Information:

A Senior Quantity Surveyor for this contractor will be highly recognised for what they achieve. You will be running the projects ensuring that everything is going smoothly and following the contractors’ standards.

As an SQS you will have more responsibility in running your own team and reporting everything back to the Commercial Director.
