Job Description:

This main contractor is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to go straight into working in the most exclusive private residential, commercial, and retail buildings. This contractor is known for delivering high-quality bespoke services.

Being a Senior Quantity Surveyor and working for this main contractor with up 25 years of experience will mean that you will have to fit straight into their model of providing the best services to the highest quality and ensuring everything is running smoothly.

Qualification / Cards:

• Must have a private sector background
• 10 years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
• Have a relevant degree

Additional Information:

If you were to get this role, then you would be working closely with running a group of Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Quantity Surveyors ensuring that all the projects are meeting the correct deadlines and ensuring everything is all going smoothly. This means that you will have to manage others while also trying to manage yourself and your own tasks.

When being a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be reporting to a commercial manager and telling everything that needs doing or has been done. 

The ideal candidate will live locally and have the relevant experience in working in this sector and experience running a group of AQS/QS within a project.
