Job Description:

This main contractor is looking to employ a permanent Senior Quantity Surveyor to help work across all their major projects.

For over 10 years, their team brings decades of experience to working in all their specialised sectors.

Their services provide a range of various project sizes.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor candidate will have the opportunity to work and have career progression through their different sectors.

They specialise in several different sectors such as:

• Education
• Healthcare
• Heritage and MORE – on projects up to £100m.

They currently work on a variety of projects and continuously provide the best services when it comes to finishing projects on time and to the highest standard possible.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get vital experience working on-site, with the right people to help you progress in your career

Qualification / Cards:

• You should have previous Housing and commercial experience
• Ideally, 5 years minimum QS experience but not necessary
• You must be personable, articulate, and confident to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
