Job Description:

The suitable candidate shall be self-motivated, possess excellent technical competency, qualifications relevant to building services and have proficient communication skills. Association to the CIBSE will be advantageous.

The position will involve producing, delivering on time and within cost plan schemes for the design and build contracts from initial conception, including all aspects of design, specification, and budgeting, and knowledge of working with and achieving BREEAM ratings.

Qualification / Cards:

HVAC, CAD, familiar to Revit
