Job Description:

To prepare civils and groundworks tenders for new build residential and commercial construction projects. From the review of information, measure, procurement of quotes for sub-contract and material requirements, and collation for submission.

Over 50 years in the civil engineering space with projects across London and the Southeast of England.

My client works on projects ranging in value from £600,000 to over £20 million focusing on groundworks, infrastructure, reinforced concrete frames and ground remediation.

Qualification / Cards:

• Over 10 year’s experience working as an Estimator within the civils and groundworks environment
• New build, residential and commercial experience
• Ability to work autonomously and to strict deadlines
• Multi-tasker who remains calm and effective under pressure
