Position Overview:

As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects, responsible for accurately estimating costs and resources required for groundworks and RC frames. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, exceptional analytical skills, and a solid understanding of construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse project specifications and blueprints to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating.
• Evaluate material, labour, and equipment costs to determine project feasibility and profitability.
• Prepare and present detailed cost breakdowns and proposals to clients.
• Review and negotiate subcontractor bids and proposals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, material costs, and construction regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in groundworks and RC frames within the construction industry.
• Strong proficiency in estimating software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
