Job Description:

• Oversee the design coordination process for high-end residential or hospitality projects, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders and adherence to project timelines.
• Utilize your experience in residential facilities such as spas, gyms, and concierge services to enhance project quality and client satisfaction.
• Demonstrate autonomy and initiative in managing day-to-day design tasks while effectively collaborating with project teams and external partners.
• Represent the company professionally in client meetings and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay abreast of UK regulations and ensure project compliance with relevant standards.
• Apply your 4-6 years of experience in design management or architectural roles to drive project success from inception to handover.
• Exhibit proficiency in document control software such as Procore, Asite, or 4 Projects, ensuring accurate and organized project documentation.

Qualification / Cards:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or related field.
