Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of project specifications and requirements.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for roofing and cladding projects, including materials, labour, and other expenses.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives.
• Analyze project risks and opportunities to develop competitive bids.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and pricing.
• Assist in the negotiation of contracts and pricing agreements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an estimator in the roofing and cladding industry.
• Strong understanding of roofing and cladding systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
