Salary: Annual base salary: up to £50,000

Job Description:

To design solar PV, battery storage, EV charging systems and electrical control systems for commercial and domestic clients.

• To work from survey
• Use of AutoCad and solar software to take measurements and produce designs and schematic drawings
• Full knowledge of PV, battery storage, EV charging systems and control systems
• Preparation of quotes, specifications and supporting documents
• Liaise with product suppliers and clients
• Organising project information and maintaining records
• Provide technical support to end users and field team

Qualification / Cards:

• 5 years minimum experience dealing with solar PV, battery storage and EV charging
• AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Excel, Windows)
• Experience in Design Engineering (Electrical essential, with Mechanical knowledge alongside preferable)
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to manage a challenging and varied workload
• ASHP design experience is preferable but not essential

Additional Information:

• Full-time, on-site and permanent vacancy
• Holiday – 28 days per annum including all bank holidays
• Annual base salary: up to £50,000
• Pension: Govt Pension Scheme
• Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week
• Immediate start
