Job Description:

This well-supported contractor is looking for a Quantity Surveyor in and around Croydon to work within the cost planning sector and help support the big projects.

This contractor has rightly so been recognised as a key player in delivering a high amount of success throughout. This would come down to them having over 20 years of experience in their sector, meaning there has not been much that they have not been through and experienced.

This contractor has had their success driven by their high calibre of teams that work smart and efficiently. They recognise that this is what the reasoning behind their success is!

Qualification / Cards:

• Experience in cost planning riba 4
• At least 5 year’s experience in Quantity Surveying
• Relevant degree

Additional Information:

A Quantity Surveyor for this contractor will be highly recognised for what they achieve. They will work closely and report back to the Senior Quantity Surveyor and almost shadowing them to gain appropriate experience and be able to progress in their career.
