We seek a talented Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in high-end residential fit-out projects to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing costs and ensuring the financial success of our projects while maintaining our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control for high-end residential fit-out projects.
  • Managing procurement processes, including tendering and contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Performing risk management and value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
  • Collaborating closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitoring project financial performance and providing regular reports to management.
  • Conducting site visits and assessments to evaluate progress, identify potential cost implications, and ensure compliance with contract specifications.
  • Resolving contractual and commercial issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in high-end residential fit-out projects.
  • Thorough understanding of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost management principles.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Excel, CostX, or similar.
  • Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS) is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
