Job Description:

This major Developer is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work across the midlands and help them provide a high-level quality service that exceeds client expectations.

With their over 45 years of experience, they understand and are committed to exceeding the expectations of all stakeholders throughout the process.

The ideal candidate would live locally, and you have previous experience in house building and knowledge of construction so and the industry.

Qualification / Cards:

• 5 years construction experience
• Ideally degree qualified
• House building experience

Additional Information:

You will be working closely with the SQS and learning all different types of skills, your day-to-day tasks will be assisting the SQS on a variety of projects and trying to learn as much as possible.

You will also have the chance to run your own team and your projects so you will have to be equipped with the right knowledge to make sure the projects run smoothly and efficiently.

You will also be exposed to various project sizes which will give you the experience for you to progress in your career.
