Job Description:

A multiple-disciplinary contractor is looking for a QS to work across their multiple divisions and join their ever-growing success of more than 25 years.

They are mainly looking at Social Housing and Fire Protection experience for this Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

You will be a great fit for this role if you have previous experience so that you can transfer your skills across and make your role easier.

You will be an ideal candidate if you live local so that the commute does not become an issue and you are able to make it onto the site if you must.

Qualification / Cards:

• Relevant degree
• Minimum of 5 years Quantity Surveying experience
• Ideally social housing or fire protection experience

Additional Information:

You will be working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor and learning all different types of skills, your day-to-day tasks will be assisting the Senior Quantity Surveyor on a variety of projects and trying to learn as much as possible.

You will also have the chance to run your own team and your projects so you will have to be equipped with the right knowledge to make sure the projects run smoothly and efficiently.

They work on a variety of different projects so you will be able to experience all different types of projects and get an understanding of how different sectors work with different projects.
