Job Description:

This highly rated groundworks contractor is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work in around Exmouth and help provide the best services possible.

Client’s specialists in:

• Housing infrastructure
• Laying house foundations
• Reinforced concreate 

The highly rated contractor has been going for almost 50 years meaning that they are an established company and well experienced in their sector.

This contractor work with the massive projects with some of them falling just under £45m. This gives their workers more experience dealing with larger projects and shows them how to deal with them but also shows them how to deliver a project quickly and to a high standard.

Qualification / Cards:

• Must have a Groundworks background
• 5 years of experience being a Quantity Surveyor
• Have a relevant degree

Additional Information:

Working as a Quantity Surveyor will be working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor and learning from them so that you can gain the right amount of experience to progress in your career. You will have to be a logical thinker and be able to assess and tackle problems when they come to you. 

The ideal candidate will live locally and have the relevant experience in their sector so that as a Quantity Surveyor you can go straight to working alongside the Senior Quantity Surveyor, they also offer the relevant training for you to show progression within your career.
