Job Description:

This main contractor is looking for a quantity surveyor to work in one of their major sectors in the Reading area.

The client sectors: Residential, Commercial, Education and leisure. A big requirement for this major contractor is your experience in their specific sectors.

They have a vision of working towards taking away concerns knowing that their experience will process them through the project and provide them with the best outcome, budget, and quality.

They work up to projects just less than £12m, meaning that they can tackle the bigger projects and still be able to provide the best service.               

Qualification / Cards:

• Must have a construction background
• 5 years of experience being a Quantity Surveyor
• Have a relevant degree

Additional Information:

Working as a Quantity Surveyor for this major contractor will mean that you are going must deal with multiple situations at once. This means that you are going to have strong communications skills, strong multitasking skills also working/managing with a team.

The ideal candidate for this role will live locally and have relevant experience in one of their major sectors, this gives them an opportunity to use experience and apply it to their new role.
