Job Description:

This main contractor is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to go straight into working in the most exclusive private residential, commercial, and retail buildings. This contractor is known for delivering high-quality bespoke services.

Being a Quantity Surveyor and working for this main contractor with up 25 years of experience will mean that you will have to fit straight into their model of providing the best services and the highest quality.

Qualification / Cards:

• Must have a private sector background
• 5 years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
• Have a relevant degree

Additional Information:

If you were to get this role, then you would be working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor ensuring that all the projects are meeting the correct deadlines and ensuring everything is all going smoothly. This is a big role because you must be able to multitask and do so to a high standard.

The ideal candidate will live locally and have the relevant experience in working in this sector so that you are able to go straight in and start working.
