Job Description:

This active construction company is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to uphold their previous successful track record and continue to provide a successful service. Their 20 years of prodigious experience have left them specialists in the public & private sectors.

This well-known, experienced London contractor & developer is known for taking on any sized projects and still providing their best service throughout.

They are used to working on complex projects so as a Quantity Surveyor working for this contractor you would have to be able to work at a fast-paced and still be able to perform to an excellent standard.

Qualification / Cards:

• Must have a development/construction background
• At least 5 years experience in Quantity Surveying
• Have a relevant degree

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be working with a fast-paced dynamic team who are specialists in a variety of sectors. You will need strong experience in working in the residential market, both private and social housing. 
The ideal candidate will live locally within the area and have the relevant experience working in a variety of all different sectors, to help provide experience in their ever-growing team.
