The Quality Compliance Manager will ensure that all construction activities comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves implementing quality control processes, conducting audits, and providing training to maintain high standards across all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control plans and compliance procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of construction sites and processes.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Monitor and document quality performance and compliance issues.
- Train and support staff on quality and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to resolve quality and compliance issues.
- Report on compliance status and quality metrics to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance/compliance within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
