Job Description:

We are looking for a Planner/Senior Planner to join our pre-construction team based at our offices in Derby.

Duties of the role

• Organise the internal Preliminaries meeting and present the workbook to the Directors, Operations Manager and Contracts Manager for agreement.

• Provide method statement(s), logistics plan(s), programme(s)
and preliminaries for the project(s).

• Provide post-tender planning support as required.

• Work closely with the Estimating Team to present a compliant and rigorous quality bid.

Essential Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous experience as a Planner/Senior planner with a similar sized Main contractor.

• Experience in using ASTA programming software is essential

• Ability to communicate with people at all levels and to work as part of a vibrant pre-construction team.

• Extensive experience in all aspects of Pre-Construction and tender planning (5 years minimum).
