We seek an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial fit-out projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end commercial fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple commercial fit-out projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee work quality and adherence to project plans.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in managing commercial fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations effectively.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
