Salary: £45K – £65K+ DoE

Job Description: 

Project Managers (Ductwork bias a must.) is required ASAP. Capable of running £1 million + projects, holds APM/Prince or similar project methodology certification, valid CSCS Card, must be able to use a programme and interpret its output (MS Project preferable), must have experience running projects without site QS – strong commercial focus.

Independent thinker with a strong customer focus. Strong contracting skills – maximizing opportunities where possible and minimizing risk. Must be prepared to work away if needed. Experience with Earned Value Management is desirable. Project forecasting (costs to complete/schedule/cost variance) experience required.

Qualification / Cards: 

• APM/Prince or similar
• valid CSCS Card
• (MS Project preferable)
