Job Description:

As the Project Manager for our high-end residential project in Mayfair, London, you will be pivotal in overseeing all aspects of project execution, from inception to completion. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in luxury residential construction and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in urban settings.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all project activities, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints, quality standards, and project timelines.

2. Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities, serving as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.

3. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the project team, including site staff, subcontractors, and vendors, to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient project delivery.

4. Budget and Cost Control: Oversee project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures to optimise project profitability while maintaining quality standards.

5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

6. Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship and ensure the delivery of a superior finished product.

7. Schedule Management: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, closely monitoring progress and proactively addressing any delays or deviations to keep the project on track.

8. Change Management: Assess and manage project changes, including scope changes, design modifications, and contract variations, to minimize project impact and maintain client satisfaction.

9. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports, financial updates, and project documentation, ensuring accurate record-keeping and transparent communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architectural, or related field.

• 15/20 years of experience in project management, with a focus on luxury residential construction projects.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering high-end residential projects in urban environments, preferably in London.• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build consensus and resolve conflicts effectively.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asta).

• Understanding of relevant building regulations, construction methodologies, and industry best practices.
