This experienced contractor is looking for an Office Administrator to be an Individual contributor with no direct reports, also responsible for taking incoming queries and assisting the operations team, project managers, directors, and finance.
This contractor specialises in Fire Protection, which is an ever-growing industry, they have gained a lot of exposure in the last year which has led them to increasingly grow over a short period of time.
- Strong IT skills including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Good telephone manner
- Good attention to detail
- Professional, customer-focussed manner, helpful and supportive to colleagues
- Experience in a similar role is desired but not essential.
Your main responsibilities as an Office Administrator are to act as the receptionist, being the first point of contact for all phone calls and emails, this will be with clients, suppliers, and engineers. You will assist with running the office.
You will be assisting directors with administrative duties such as typing emails, scanning documentation, and filing and organising travel.
One of the main duties will be to create and issue Service Invoicing based on information provided by Service, to complete and submit company PQQ and new supplier/contract accounts. As well as assisting with ordering stock for both the operations and projects team.
