Role Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of luxury construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of high-end residential and commercial builds, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering superior results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop and oversee project timelines, budgets, and scope while ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, designers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship, compliance, and safety regulations.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and develop proactive solutions to mitigate delays and budget overruns.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project finances, approve invoices, and manage contract negotiations.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficiency.
  • Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress, resolve challenges, and uphold quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in project management within high-end residential or commercial construction.
  • Education: Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge: Proficient in construction methodologies, contracts, and industry regulations.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools such as Procore, AutoCAD, or MS Project.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent (preferred).
