Job Description:

We seek a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to kick-start their career in Quantity Surveying within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist Senior Quantity Surveyors in project estimation, cost planning, and budget management.

– Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data for project assessments.

– Assist in preparing tender documents, contracts, and procurement processes.

– Support in the management of subcontractor agreements and procurement activities.

– Assist in the preparation of interim valuations and final accounts.

– Collaborate with project teams to ensure contractual agreements and quality standards compliance.

– Participate in project meetings and provide support in resolving commercial issues.

– Maintain accurate project records and documentation.

– Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

– Degree in Quantity Surveying, 

– Strong analytical and numerical skills.

– Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

– Willingness to learn and develop within the role.

– A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards work.
