Job Description:

This major sub-contractor is looking to bring a permanent Intermediate Quantity Surveyor in to help work across all their major projects.

The employer has been working in specialised sectors for over 30 years. Their team has decades of experience working in these sectors.

Their services provide a variety of project sizes, from small to large.

The successful Intermediate Quantity Surveyor candidate will have the opportunity to work and have career progression opportunities.

They currently work on a variety of projects and continuously provide the best services when it comes to finishing projects on time and to the highest standard.

Qualification / Cards:

• You should have previous experience with large subcontractors/ main contractors
• Experience running your own projects
• Ideally, Education, Residential and Commercial experience
