This experienced contractor is looking to bring a permanent Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to help work across all their major projects.

The employer has been working in specialised sectors for over 20 years. Their team has decades of experience working in these sectors.

Their services provide a variety of project sizes, from small to large.

The successful Intermediate Quantity Surveyor candidate will have the opportunity to work and have career progression opportunities.

They currently work on a variety of projects and continuously provide the best services when it comes to finishing projects on time and to the highest standard.

Qualification / Cards:

• Previous Civil/S278/S38 experience 
• You should have previous experience working in shopfitting
• Ideally, previous retail experience
• You must be personable, articulate, and confident to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
