HVAC Project Manager – London / Surrey

We are looking for an HVAC Project Manager in Surrey and surrounding areas to come on board to cover most of the construction sites. 

We are looking for someone with experience in the HVAC sector who can deliver our projects from conception to handover and completion. You will need to be willing to travel to the sites in a management role (not site-based) and have a full UK driving licence.
You must have experience in AC, plumbing, electrical, BMS and Ventilation.

You must also have extensive knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems.

• Proven experience in managing construction projects from inception to completion
• Strong understanding of M&E systems and their integration within construction projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget
• Building services formal training (ONC/HNC/similar formal training)
• HVAC design knowledge
• H&S management experience
• Project management experience

Package:

• £45-60K subject to training and experience
