Job Description: 

My client based in Surrey is looking for an HVAC AC / Ductwork Project Manager.

• Manage commercial kitchen contracts from acceptance of the order to the completion of the contract.
• Produce quality and health & safety plans.
• Arrange procurement activities as required (plant, subcontractors etc.).
• Attend site meetings and monitor progress and product reports as required.
• Supervise the applicable site teams.
• Prepare valuations and variations as required in liaison with the team.

Qualification / Cards: 

Qualifications required: CSCS and Project Management Experience.
