Job Description:

Our client is looking to employ a Commercial Sprinkler Estimator.

• Logging project information onto the internal Database and review off information to build tenders.
• Estimating all commercial project types using BSEN12845 & LPC rules, including fire sprinklers, base build water supplies, town’s mains systems, Cat A and Cat B Fit out, wet/dry risers and hydrants. 
• Assisting with Technical Queries.
• Producing cost sheets, formal quotes and schedules – issuing to clients.
• Liaise with the projects team, producing and implementing internal handovers to design on receipt of orders.
• Attending site surveys and client meetings Marketing and producing updates for Commercial Projects Director

Hybrid working – Home and Upminster office

Salary and Package to be discussed based on experience

Qualification / Cards:

• Minimum of three year’s experience
• CSCS
