Job Description:

Our client requires a Fire and Security Project Supervisor for a London-based role, the candidate must have previous experience supervising Fire alarm or Security Projects.

• Primarily based at our Offices in London and at other site locations to suit the needs of the business.
• Most projects are in London or within the M25.
• Competitive salary and benefits package offered.
• 40 hours a week (hours to be agreed).
• 25 days paid holiday per annum (pro-rated) + 8 paid Bank Holiday days.

Candidate requirements:

• Previous experience supervising Fire Alarm and Security Projects.
• Must be comfortable commuting into London daily.
• Good written & communication skills & comfortable with customer facing environments.
• Able to manage sub-contract labour effectively.
• Conversant with MS Office suite.
• Able to read, work and abide by the Programme of Works.
• Conversant with issuing of RAMS & project related documents.
• Valid ECS or CSCS card holder.
• SSSTS or SMSTS accreditation is essential.

Project specific requirements:

• Project specific requirements:
• Carry out DABS daily.
• Attend H&S meetings weekly.
• Carry out TBTs weekly.
• Complete Yellow Jacket H&S
• Complete ATP Quality Packs
• Carry out site surveys on progress.
• Inform installation team on areas for day-to-day activities against the
  programme.
• Order materials required to complete tasks in the timelines required.
