A regional main contractor in Tonbridge is looking for a Senior Estimator with experience in the sector who can start ASAP to support their Pre-Con team who work across major build sectors including residential, commercial, education and healthcare.

This prestigious main contractor, who has worked across the UK for decades, are specialist’s in their area, run by a team of experts with a passion for the industry. They are hiring across multiple divisions due to high demand and a strong order book over the coming year.

The Senior Estimator position:

As Senior Estimator, you will work within a forward-thinking and dynamic team who are a key component of the company’s success.

You will be the ideal Senior Estimator for the role if you live locally, are looking for a new challenge and have experience in major residential schemes.

Requirements for this Senior Estimator position

* You must be qualified in a relevant area.

* You should have experience on major build projects

* You should have previous experience as a Senior Estimator

* You must be personable, articulate and confident to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
