Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs, preparing tender documents, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse project plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for tendering.
• Prepare comprehensive tender documents, including cost breakdowns, material lists, and labour estimates.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitiveness and accuracy.
• Participate in bid review meetings and provide input on pricing strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and construction methods.
• Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of the tendering process and familiarity with tender documentation.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Monday to Friday
