About the Role
Are you an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer ready to take the next step in your career? Our client, a well-established and growing building services company, is seeking a skilled engineer to join their team.
This is a mobile role covering Central and Greater London (within the M25), working on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be involved in the installation, service, and maintenance of commercial gas systems and equipment, contributing to their 24/7/365 emergency call-out rota – a key part of their commitment to exceptional customer service.
Experience & Skills Required
Our client is looking for someone with:
- A solid understanding of commercial and domestic gas appliances and maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Familiarity with heating systems, BMS, controls, pumps, DMZ valves, and plate exchangers
- Ability to resolve issues related to heating, hot and cold-water systems
- Confident communication skills, with a professional and flexible attitude
- Comfort using tablets/PDAs for job updates and reporting
- Willingness to support other trades as needed

Qualifications Required:
- Commercial gas certifications
- Gas Safe registered
- Full UK driving licence
- Oil qualifications (desirable but not essential, attract enhanced salary)
- Electrical certifications (desirable but not essential, attract enhanced salary)
- Plumbing qualifications (desirable but not essential, attract enhanced salary)
