Job Description:

My client, a leading fit-out and refurbishment contractor has an exciting opportunity for a Bid Coordinator to join their team.

With over 20 years of experience, this main contractor delivers high-quality work environments for all their various sectors.

Qualification / Cards:

  • 1-year Bids/Proposals experience
  • Experience within the construction industry
  • Strong IT skills including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
  • The ability to meet deadlines

Additional Information:

Your main responsibility as a Bid Coordinator will be to manage the bid process from start to finish, including the production of high-quality, compliant and compelling bid documents.

You will also be responsible for supporting the bidding process for new business opportunities, retenders and renewals and maintaining the library of bid resources.
