Job Description:

This main contractor is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor in the Brighton area with social housing experience. They are a company with tons of experience, allowing the transfer of all their skills over to their employees.

They are offering a great deal of training that will open a pathway for you to progress in your career. This is a fabulous opportunity for someone who is hungry and willing to take on as much information as possible.

You will be an ideal candidate if you live locally and that you have social housing experience.

Qualification / Cards:

• Social housing experience
• Relevant degree
• Ideally previous Quantity Surveying experience

Additional Information:

You will be working closely with the QS/SQS and learning all different types of skills. Your day-to-day tasks will be assisting them on various projects and trying to learn and progress. This main contractor is offering great progression/training.

They work mainly on social housing projects – some of them valuing up to £40m
