We are looking for an on-site Air Conditioning/ ventilation / Ductwork Site manager for a site based in Chigwell.

The initial project entails renovating a super-prime residential building, and you would be responsible for overseeing the entire installation of Air Conditioning and Ventilation / Ductwork from start to finish. 

You will attend site meetings weekly, visit clients, and need to be able to read the Air Conditioning and Ductwork designs.

The project lasts roughly 18 months, but you will be moved on to further sites within the company.

You will need to have the following experience:

• Managing the installation of Air Conditioning / Ventilation systems
• Reading Air Conditioning and Ductwork designs.
• Preventive maintenance services
• Able to manage the Ductwork and Air Conditioning Engineers
• Previous management / supervisory skill
• Produce and work with RAMS
• Managing materials on-site
