About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Estimator to become a key part of a well-established group of companies within the M&E sector. In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of the company by preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for electrical aspects of M&E projects.

As an Electrical Estimator, you will have the chance to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that designs are not only cost-effective but also meet high-quality standards and client expectations. Your role will involve reviewing technical drawings and tender documentation, sourcing competitive supplier and subcontractor pricing, and identifying opportunities for value engineering and cost optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed electrical cost estimates for M&E projects.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Source and manage supplier and subcontractor pricing.

• Contribute to value engineering and cost-saving strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within the M&E sector.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and standards.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
