Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines, including the Datron M8 Cube and HAAS VF-2SSYT Vertical Machining Centres.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Select appropriate tools, machine speeds, and feed rates.
• Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize machining processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Familiarity with CNC programming and G-code.
• Strong understanding of machine shop mathematics.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Friday: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
