Project Manager – Fire Suppression (Sprinklers)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: London and Greater London Projects

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per annum

Our client is a leading and well-established company specialising in fire suppression systems and sprinkler projects across the UK. They are now seeking an experienced Sprinkler Project Manager to oversee multiple sprinkler installation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of sprinkler installation projects across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
• Coordinate with design teams, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, LPC, BS EN12845, and NFPA standards.
• Prepare and deliver project progress reports and client updates.
• Drive efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the fire protection, sprinkler, or building services industry.
• Strong knowledge of sprinkler systems and fire suppression standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of LPCB, BS EN12845, and NFPA standards is highly desirable.
