This prestigious main contractor, who have worked across London for almost 85 years, are renowned for their landmark projects in the area, and are specialists in their area, run by a team of experts with a passion for the industry. The Quantity Surveyor they hire will be granted the opportunity to work on some of their biggest upcoming projects, with the opportunity to grow in the company.
The Quantity Surveyor position:
As Quantity Surveyor, you will work within a close-knit team with colleagues from a variety of backgrounds who are passionate about what they do, whilst gaining experience working on various projects.
You will be the ideal Quantity Surveyor for the role if you have a UK driving license, are looking for a step up and have experience with refurb projects.
Requirements for this Quantity Surveyor position:
- You should have experience within residential, education, or commercial sectors.
- You must be degree qualified in a relevant area.
- You should have previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- You must have experience working on refurbs
- You must be personable, articulate and confident to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
