Your new role

As an experienced Project Manager you will be managing the team to help co-ordinate a number of projects. You will create a project plan and you will be responsible for maintaining that plan and ensuring all areas of the business are engaged. You will maintain the entire project, the risk registers and ensure that the relevant stakeholders are engaged promptly as well as keeping the service leads up to date with progress and anything that needs to be chased. You will be working alongside other ambitious staff within the team. You have the authority to hire other project members and you will have complete control of each of your assignments

What You’ll Need To Succeed

It is essential that you are an experienced Project Manager, preferably from a plumbing or HVAC background.  You will have proven experience of managing complex projects in commercial markets but any residential experience is also beneficial. You will be able to challenge stakeholders at all levels and ensure that projects are being kept on track whilst maintaining pre-existing project plans.
