Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum + Company Car or Car Allowance

Job Description: 

Scope of Work:

The Mechanical Contracts Engineer will be responsible for managing and delivering mechanical FM service contracts across commercial properties. This includes overseeing PPM and reactive maintenance works, ensuring compliance with commercial gas regulations, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and managing project financials. A strong background in commercial gas systems is essential.

Key Duties Include:

• Managing mechanical services within FM contracts
• Technical oversight of HVAC, heating, and gas installations
• Ensuring project compliance and client satisfaction
• Preparing reports, estimates, and documentation
• Supporting tendering and contract development

Requirements:

• Commercial Gas Qualifications (e.g. CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1) – Essential
• Mechanical engineering background with FM experience
• Full UK driving licence
