Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
Location: Berkshire/Hampshire and surrounding
Rate of Pay: £60 000 – £70,000 per annum + benefits TBC
Scope of Work:
Due to continued growth, our client (Mechanical, Electrical and building service) is seeking a proactive and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their dynamic team and lead key projects across their portfolio.
As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of electrical installations across multiple projects. You will manage client relationships, budgets, and on-site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage electrical installation projects from inception to completion
- Lead site teams and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Oversee planning, procurement, and scheduling of labour and materials
- Coordinate with internal departments and external subcontractors
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service
- Monitor project budgets and report on financial performance
- Ensure all work is carried out to industry and company standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in electrical project management (preferably in building services or construction)
- NVQ 6 or higher
- SMSTS
- Strong knowledge of BS7671 Wiring Regulations
- Worked on commercial and large residential projects
The salary is highly negotiable, dependent on qualifications and experience, plus benefits
