Job Title: Duct Fitter’s Mate – Kitchen Ventilation
Location: Leeds (with Nationwide Travel)

About the Role:
Our client is looking for a reliable and hardworking Duct Fitter’s Mate to join their installation team. This role is ideal for someone based in or around Leeds who is willing to travel across the UK and support ductwork installation projects, particularly within kitchen ventilation environments.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the ductwork and ventilation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting duct fitters with installations on commercial kitchen ventilation projects
- Carrying materials, tools, and equipment on site
- Supporting the fitting team with general labouring duties
- Helping to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Working on sites nationwide, with occasional overnight stays required
Requirements:
- Willingness to travel and stay away from home when needed
- Full UK driving licence (clean)
- CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
- Previous experience in a similar site-based or construction environment is desirable
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
